Below are answers to questions you may have about ordering from Sasswatch. If you have a question and don't see it here, feel free to reach out.
How are your products created?
All artwork is designed in-house and submitted to a print-on-demand service for production.
What is print-on-demand?
All orders are created on demand to reduce overproduction, which is why it takes a bit longer to deliver the goods. But rest assured, we’ve done our homework and feel confident you'll be happy with both print and product quality.
We currently do not warehouse any inventory. Therefore, when you place an order, the item is printed at our production facility and shipped to you directly. Because of this, we are required to follow their rules on Returns & Exchanges.
When will my order arrive?
Our production facility strives to fulfill orders within 5-10 business days. Based on experience, items typically ship out between 3-5 days. If it's been more than 5-15 business days since the anticipated arrival date based on your tracking number, please visit our returns page to file a claim. We currently only accept orders shipping to the US. All pricing is in USD.
What if my merch gets lost in the mail?
If your package gets lost in transit and the shipping address is 100% correct, we've got your back! Please visit our returns page for details on when and how to file a claim.
What is your return policy?

What happens if I change my mind?
There is a tiny window of opportunity to change an order before it gets printed. Should this happen, please email orders@sasswatchmerch.com as soon as possible and let us know. Be sure to write URGENT and include order number in subject bar. We will do our best to intercept the order.
Our print-on-demand facility only accepts returns when they are at fault (printing errors, damaged goods, etc.). They do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect orders (size, color, etc.).
If we are unable to stop an order in time and you still wish to return an item, we may consider a partial return, which would also include shipping and restocking fees. Please visit our returns page for details on when and how to file a claim.
What happens if I change order the wrong size?
Our print-on-demand facility only accepts returns when they are at fault (printing errors, damaged goods, etc.) They do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect orders (size, color, etc.). Please refer to the sizing guides, located under each item, for exact measurements before ordering.
If our production facility accidentally sends a size/color different from what you ordered, please visit our returns page for instructions on filing a claim.
What If my product gets returned because I put an incorrect address in my order?
We get notified if and when a product gets returned to our production facility. If this is the case and it is due to an error in your input, we will send you a custom checkout link to pay for re-shipping once the item is returned. Shipping costs may vary depending on the item(s) and delivery location. Please visit the returns page for details on when and how to file a claim.
What if my product arrives damaged?
It's important to us that your product arrives in perfect condition, but sometimes things happen. If your order is defective, misprinted, or damaged, please visit the returns page for instructions on filing a claim. Once your claim is received and accepted by our production facility, we will work to get a new product (of the same size and image) sent out to you as soon as possible.
Are there instruction for washing printed goods?
YES! We are so glad you asked. Care instructions for printed goods can be found in the sample photos of each product page, but here's a quick guide to save you some time! You may also note a slight vinegar odor when opening your item for the first time. This is due to the printing process, but will be gone after the first wash.
Why is my order taking longer than expected?
Because we print on demand, fulfillment can sometimes take longer. If you're concerned about an order, please submit a request. Please be as specific as possible and be sure to include order and tracking numbers. We want to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible, so you can show your friends and family how amazingly diverse and cool the internet can be. We appreciate your patience.
Where Can I get an order update?
That part is easy! You should get automatic updates via the email you provided, so be sure to check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received an update after a few days, you can email us at orders@sasswatchmerch.com.
