If you're having trouble with an order you placed online and you've already visited the FAQ section and viewed our policies on RETURNS & EXCHANGES, you can submit a claim below. Please allow 1-2 days for a response.
As a reminder, all orders are printed and shipped on demand from our production facility and they have a very strict return policy. We will do our best to resolve any issues. Be sure to give as much detail as possible. Please email any photo(s) of damaged, defective, or misprinted items to claims@sasswatchmerch.com.
